Honorary RST Recipient: Dr. Paul Hall

SCST has awarded Dr. Paul Hall an honorary RST certificate. Barbara Atkins accepted the award for him at the Milwaukee meetings in June. She poignantly described his influence on her career and his invaluable assistance and instruction regarding the rangegrasses. Dr. Hall was director of the Wyoming seed lab in Laramie for many years.
